Limited Warranty and Return Policy
Limited Lifetime Warranty
All products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship for life. Lifetime Warranty is valid only for the original owner of the product. (see Limitations to Lifetime Warranty)
Warranty Claims and Return Authorization (RA) Policy
No returns or warranty claims can be processed without following this RA procedure.
Contact Dead Center Archery Products Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization (RA) Form. After receiving a RA form, package your items securely, include shipping insurance if desired and return to:

Include a copy of your original receipt or invoice and the RA form with your return. Items received without the RA form and a copy of the original receipt or invoice will not be processed. Shipping and other service fees are non-refundable and are at the expense of the customer.
Warranty items will be assessed upon receipt to determine if they will be covered unter the Limited Lifetime Warranty and repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Dead Center Archery Products.
Dead Center Archery products is not responsible for or liable for the shipment or delivery of warranty items. Shipping fees and shipping insurance for warranty replacements or repairs are the expense of the customer.
Limitations to Lifetime Warranty
Limited Lifetime Waranty is valid only for the original owner of the product. Cosmetic wear, wear from normal product usage, damage or misuse will not be covered under warranty. Stabilizer wraps and finishes on all products are not coverd under warranty. Shipping, Insurance and other fees are not covered under warranty.
If a product is damaged and needs repair OR Dead Center Archery Products deems a warranty claim not to be covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty policy, a recommendation for repairs or replacement and the cost will be communicated to the customer after the product has been received and assessed. The customer will have the option to have Dead Center Archery products perform the recommended repair or issue a replacement and pay for the repair or replacement. It the customer chooses not to have the repair completed or replacement sent, the damaged product will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Returns and Restocking Fees –
Dead Center Archery Products reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on any returned merchandise. Items returned in opened packaging, discontinued, discounted or closeout items, items that have been installed or otherwise used will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
Dead Center Archery Products reserves the right to modify any and all procedures and policies at any time for any reason.
